Who is UTOPIA?
UTOPIA Gaming Systems is an Australian-owned and operated business established in 2014 and a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Banktech Group. UTOPIA Gaming Systems is used in more than 1,000 venues and connected to over 20,000 machines across NSW and ACT.
The Global Gaming system consists of two modules
The system allows you to:
- Monitor all of your EGMs in a grid or list view
- Monitor active player status and easily generate shift and daily turnover reports
- Use the simple machine functions to make changes or queue future floor updates
- Perform ticket in ticket out (TITO) transactions and redemption
- Monitor manual jackpot entries for values that exceed the auto download limit
- Connect to CRTs and smart safes to automate payouts
- Lock all machines at the end of trade
- Set up individual accounts for users with multi-level access that leaves an audit trail with automatic backup and archiving of data
- Allows cash to be moved from gaming float to other areas of the venue such as the safe or bar, using the ‘Rake’ function
The system then provides all data to the reporting module, Omni EYE
Omni EYE provides over 30 built-in reports that can be automatically generated and sent to your inbox with the ‘set and forget’ function. Remote access also allows you to view all reports via the Omni VISION online portal
