Key Responsibilities:

·  Identify system training needs of customers and internal staff.

·  Plan and conduct training programs dealing with new procedures and equipment.

·  Conduct or participate in workshops designed to promote continuous improvement of internal         staff and customers in all products and systems.

·  Develop, organise production and design of training documentation and instructional materials       such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials and training reference documentation.

·  Develop tests, questionnaires, and procedures that measure the effectiveness of curricula and use     these tools to determine whether program objectives are being met.

·  Update the content of training programs to ensure that the participants are being trained with           equipment and processes that are technologically current.

·  Manage customer enquiries escalated via the Helpdesk.

Essentials:

  • Qualifications in training, instruction and/or learning design or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective training resources for different audiences.
  • Ability to conduct a thorough training needs assessment.
  • Sound organisational skills to schedule work activities.
  • Ability to quickly become familiar with Banktech and UTOPIA Gaming Systems devices and systems
  • Hospitality industry experience in hotels or clubs is essential.
