Training Specialist: Gaming Systems
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify system training needs of customers and internal staff.
· Plan and conduct training programs dealing with new procedures and equipment. · Conduct or participate in workshops designed to promote continuous improvement of internal staff and customers in all products and systems. · Develop, organise production and design of training documentation and instructional materials such as handbooks, visual aids, online tutorials and training reference documentation. · Develop tests, questionnaires, and procedures that measure the effectiveness of curricula and use these tools to determine whether program objectives are being met. · Update the content of training programs to ensure that the participants are being trained with equipment and processes that are technologically current. · Manage customer enquiries escalated via the Helpdesk.
